Your 25-minute consult
In person, inside Life Time. We check your skin and hair, confirm you're a good candidate and lock in your areas. No obligation.
Your unlimited year
Come back every 6–8 weeks for 12 months, all your areas at the same visit. Most people need 6–9 sessions per area.
Packages count sessions. We don't.
Three things to do first.
Shave, don't wax
The laser targets the hair root. Waxing pulls it out, so there's nothing to treat. Shave the day before.
Skip the tan
No sun tanning or self-tanner before your sessions. Tanned skin raises the risk of irritation.
Book every 6–8 weeks
Hair grows in cycles. Staying on schedule catches each cycle while the follicle is weak.
Does it hurt?
Most people describe a quick snap, like a rubber band. Your provider adjusts settings for comfort.
Your laser studio is down the hall.
DermaBare Med Spa is inside Life Time Athletic, Laguna Niguel. Members can walk over after a workout. You don't need a membership to book.
